Sri Dodda Elamanda Garu is a common man was born on 10th september,1947 in Nalgonda.Though there was no proper fecilities he has done his metriculation in urdu medium and proceeding that he earned a job as a Govt.teacher. In his service he paved the way for discipline and Punctuality towards students.Succeeding 15 years of his service, he took a voluntary retirement and established his first educational society in 1977 in the name of his father Sri Dodda Veeraiah as Dodda Veeraiah Memorial (DVM) Society in Hyderabad as started as Primary Education in English & Telugu Medium and In Nalgonda he established I to X in the name of DVM High School (T/E Medium).
In 1984, he planed have a source of Teacher education institution, surrounding Nalgonda and establish DVM College of Education at Charlapally in Nalgonda from 1984-85 to till now 35 batches have passed out nearly 5500 student teachers completed their course and currently they settled in different positions.
In 2009, many of his friends and colleagues suggested him to start MBA College. Then he took permission from AICTE and under the guidence and conditions of AICTE, with all sources I Batch has started from 2009.
"Krushitho Nasthi Durbiksham" as a apt quotatin to Sri Elamanda Garu, who authorized his dreams and perticularly implemented. His only thought was to always improve Education standards, so these institutions are well-known all over the Telangana.
